ONLINE Voice Activation

How do you see yourself when you are talking in public, when you are expressing your emotions or when you sing?

Our voices and how we express it are tightly linked to how we show who we really are to the World. When we are living a life afraid to use our unique gifts, our voices will reflect that.

We might feel anxious, nervous and we might even ask ourselves why do we have to go through all of that. So we make ourselves small.

In this two-day “Voice Circles” immersion, we will go through some of the conditionings we carry since childhood that are strongly related to our voices, to how we perceive and communicate with the World.

We will first understand the “why” so we can then work on alignment of the voice, body and spirit with more consciousness.

By making use of different vocal, somatic and meditation techniques, we will learn how to tune into the body, observe what it really needs so can we can come back to our essence, to our most authentic selves.

This “voice circles” immersion is for those who are ready to take a step forward into this journey.

It is for those who are tired of playing small.

It is for those who are ready to share their uniqueness with the World.
