STRESS & BURNOUT COACHING

There is a difference between MENTAL ILLNESS and MENTAL HEALTH. One doesn’t exclude the other. If someone has anxiety and depression, this person can still lead a healthy life, be creative and flourish in whatever they want to do.

Lidia has chosen to work with MENTAL HEALTH because she truly believes in every person 's potential to thrive and lead a happy life with what they already have and who they really are. Understanding where our traumas and behavior come from is very important, AND understanding where and who we are right now is AS IMPORTANT.

​

In her sessions, she uses a combination of traditional techniques, such as looking into present thinking, behavior and communication strategies which have been backed-up by scientific research, combined with other holistic and milenar tools, such as meditation, mindful movement and nutrition.

​

Each coaching session intends to bring you to a more mindful and sustainable way of living and to help you in identifying the triggers that are present during stressful moments.

By noticing what is bothering us, we can learn to stay calm and be less reactive, to pay attention to our breath and to develop inner peace, clarity of thoughts, tolerance and acceptance towards ourselves. Lidia helps people to improve their mental health by:
 

  • Recognizing patterns in their lives which don’t serve them anymore at the present moment;

  • Offering tools that will break “bad” habit patterns and help them prioritize what is important to them;

  • Help them discover what their competences are and use those to guide how can they can approach challenging situations;

  • Help them in becoming stronger in dealing with present challenges so they can more easily start to dive into their self-healing process.
