Whatever doesn’t serve you anymore


Let go…

There are so many things waiting in life for us to enjoy and how come we feel we cannot let go?


When there are good things happening to us, we want to grasp this experience forever.

When bad things are happening to us we want to get rid of them as soon as possible.

Our brain is constantly trying to protect us, so it either projects into the future or ruminates about the past. That’s how we feel “safe”, when we can finally control things, when we finally “know” how things are going to turn out.

So we miss most of our lives just trying to control the outcome of things.

Have you ever thought that the outcome might even be better than you expected?


Let go…

Take a step back, watch how your life is unfolding.

Our brain can be our friend and our enemy at the same time. It likes to create stories just to occupy the space. That too is an strategy to keep us safe, so we don’t have to deal with the challenges or the wonders of real life.


Let go…

90% of our thoughts are either useless about things that will never happen, or repetitions from those thoughts we know very well. That make me think about the two old neighbours who can go on talking for hours in front of my door (sorry for the ranting).


Pause. Take a breath.

You cannot control how your life is going to be.

But you can learn how to manifest and bring to your life the things you believe in.


Let go.
